I have an FCxCE IPOD, which I bought in 2013. It's Model A 1446FCCID:BCG-A1446A. Even though I have IPOD constantly plugged in, I have "battery low" messages, and power went out today. What can I do?

Is it possible to fix battery on my IPOD Model A 1446FCCID:BCG-A-1446A [purchased in 2013]. If not, what would be equivalent of getting an IPOD today

Your battery is probably dead. Either get the battery serviced: iPod Repair - https://support.apple.com/ipod/repair/service

OR connect your iPod to a portable power brick every time you want to use it.
