iPhone 12 Pro screenshots turn out darker than the photo / video

I take a lot of videos and then screenshot the video for photos. However, I have an iPhone 12 Pro, and every single screenshot turns out darker than the actual video. I've turned off the auto-dim feature, no zoom is on, and I've turned off the HDR and nothing has worked. Is this a bug? Are there any fixes to this? Please help. Thank you.

If you zoom in and capture a dark place with iPhone 14pro, the picture will be saved strangely. When zooming in and capturing on iPhone 14pro (videoMaxZoomFactor), the shooting screen is weird if the screen brightness is low. If you lower the shutter speed and ISO and take a picture of the dark part, the left part is saved, not the part shown on the screen. Does anyone know why?

Videos are great but photos are dull and much darker. No vibrant colors The images on iphone 12 pro max are much less vibrant and overall image is very dark in compare to stunning videos. Due to this I realized that I am not taking any pictures since I purchase 12 pro max and take only videos. I tried turning on and off HDR settings but nothing helps. The results from video and photo are not comparable. I saw another topic posted by different user and the same topic was supported by 104 people and there is no solution from Apple. Is this a defect? Should we request a replacement?

iPhone 12pro photos app wrong rendering of colors I just gut the 12pro and the photos app seems to be adding a HDR effect to my photos taken in the p3 color (my photos from my old XR and 12pro). It looks wrong, the whites are super bright and colors seem to be effected. It’s really only Noticeable in pictures with high contrast with a bright object or background. It looks neat sometimes making the pictures “pop”, but It makes editing in the photos app unreliable, as the results look nothing like the do on all my other devices. What’s interesting is that when using other apps like Google photos, the pictures render correctly, like they used to on my XR. Also if you take a screenshot, the problem is no longer Exists in the screenshot and is now rendered properly. Anyone else notice this?
