Iphone11 update to 14.3 and Apple Watch
Is anyone else having issues with the watch app crashing and not allowing to sync watches? I can't even uninstall and re install. I got an Apple Watch 6 series and I can't sync.

This has not been a common issue. However, if you have tried all the options, I would suggest you reset the Apple Watch from the watch settings directly. Then, can open the Watch app on IPhone and start afresh.
Would not take long for the entire process even if not backed up earlier.
