escalation for Apple Service
I have a macbook pro 13 inches 2016, it had issues for which MICARE the authorised service in Oman changed the logic board for a whooping amount
few months later same issue, again i was charged a logic board changed
few days, again same issue, its again gone to them they again say logic board change needed
they also ask me if i use the laptop in hot sun ? i find this very wierd
is there a place i can escalate this issue
because of 3 weeks per visit minimum, i am forced to buy a new machine for my work continuity
to the time of writing this, it is still sitting there waiting spare parts
