Preview Big Sur

How do I disable these navigation option that appears on the bottom of preview every time I move my mouse pointer? I use preview in fullscreen non continuous scroll option, and I can't underline the words behind this dark rectangle:

Play/Fast Forward Controls in Preview Since upgrading to Big Sur, if I go full screen in Preview, a play/fast forward/rewind button set appears towards the bottom of the screen. This obscures my view of the bottom of PDFs. Anyone know how to turn this off? Thanks

How to change page shift view in Preview for mac? When I scroll down using the touchpad on my mac, Preview suddenly shifts to the middle of the next page of the PDF document. It didn't use to be that way. There was no sudden shift, and I was able to scroll down smoothly to the beginning of the next page. Any suggestions to set it back the way it used to be? It doesn't seem to matter if I open the PDF with the Books app in Preview or the Preview app by itself.

Use your mouse to scroll the text upward from beneath that mandatory control for continuous scroll in full screen mode. I just did this on Big Sur 11.1, so it is possible.
