After Big Sur upgrade, my iMac Pro is booting up without asking for password

I upgraded 3 different Macs in my house to Big Sur. This issue is only happening on one of them - an iMac Pro. When I start or restart the iMac Pro, it boots all the way up without asking for a password. However, when it goes to sleep and it wakes up, it does ask for the password - the issue is only happening on power-up and reboot.

To be clear, I did not change anything having to do with my user ID or password on the iMac Pro. And everything else seems to work fine since the upgrade.
