I can't find my blood oxygen app on my I phone 12 pro or my Apple Watch 6

I am not sure if Imissed a step when paring my new watch

Apple Watch Series 4, watchOS 7

The Oxygen app is not available in every region. See How to use the Blood Oxygen app on Apple Watch Series 6 - Apple Support and check the link for your location. Then if you think you are in a supported location check the setup instructions.
