Cellular data disabled after attempting to install iOS 14.3 update.

This morning, Apple disabled my cellular data until I updated iOS on my phone. I installed through my phone, backed up my phone to my PC and manually reinstalled the update from my computer and I'm still getting the same message: "An update is required to use cellular data on this iPhone."

I'm at a loss. I could restore my phone to its original settings but I'd rather not in case something else goes wrong.

iPhone 7, iOS 14

Actually, Apple has nothing to do with your cellular service / data. Apple has no control over it. This does not mean that you are not facing the issue that you have mentioned in your post. I am thinking that perhaps this is related to a carrier update which is different than an Apple iOS update. To check for a carrier update, Ensure that you connected to a Wi-Fi Network and:

Open Settings ➔ General ➔ About: Pause here for about 5 seconds and see whether a pop up window comes up announcing a Carrier Update. If it does then perform that update.

If a Pop up does not show up after 10 seconds then please contact ➔ Apple Support

That's what I would have assumed, too. The cellular data stopped working this morning when I received a notification saying that "Your iPhone cannot make and receive calls or access cellular data until it has been updated." I took this to mean that the phone itself needed to be updated. I tried your fix, as well, and unfortunately no carrier update popped up. I have a genius bar appointment in a couple days and could also try and reach out to my service provider.
