You guys can’t tell customers you can’t get a refund from apple to go to the third party app when the bill says APPLE zynga and poker face have the worst customer support service there should be higher standards for a company representing Apple

Need to refund Hi Apple, I bought an APP from the APP store, Phone Buddy-Phone Lost Alert. After 12 hours, I found that the app would drain my AW7's battery. Meanwhile, I checked the developer of this app about this issue. They thought it was an unavoidable problem, but my problem was much critical than they thought. So, this developer suggested me to request a refund from Apple. Then I applied for a refund on February 2nd. The Apple iTunes store rejected my request twice. I would like to know any reason why you can provide this deprecated app and cannot make a refund. In addition, the consultant of Apple in Taiwan suggested that I go directly to the developer of this app to refund me. Does this apply from Apples policy? Also I checked with the developers and they think all billing is directly controlled by Apple. In other words, they don't know how the person who bought the app is and they can't refund me, especially if I'm not in the region/country they assist. Refund from apps Dear Apple. The game companies used unreasonable reasons to confiscate the goods obtained by consumers through in-app purchases. Confiscating players' in-game items for unreasonable reasons and reacting to the game company, but always getting inactive and standard responses. Obviously, the game company has no intention of long-term operation. I hope that Apple can choose game developers carefully, and it should protect the rights and interests of consumers from being jeopardized. I hope that Apple can protect the reasonable and fair rights of consumers, so that consumers will not be bullied by the tyranny of game companies. You posted to an Apple discussion user forum, not to Apple customer service. Your screenshot includes your name and address etc. Probably more information than you want to post to an open user forum.
