Apple TV suddenly very fuzzy and jagged video

After watching for about 30 minutes today, the picture/video for everything through the Apple TV suddenly went very fuzzy and jagged, even the interface, all menus, apps, etc. Anything from the Apple TV. Everything else on the TV is fine. I tried all resolutions, same issue. I adjusted all possible video settings and nothing seems to help. I restarted (but did not reboot) the Apple TV, did not help. I tried other HDMI inputs on the TV, same issue.

Everything has been fine for multiple months on this TV with the Apple TV, and again, it was even fine for about 30 minutes or so tonight. Just started all of a sudden in the middle of a show, but again, is present on ALL apps AND the main interface (i.e. not an individual app or WiFi issue).

All text is jagged and out of focus. Ditto for image.
