Pls I need help on how to install the iOS 7.2 software. It’s been paused and unable to install after I must have downloaded the software over night . Pls any help on how to get by this phase ? Thank you .
IOS 7.2 is ancient history, are you sure you don’t mean WatchOS 7.2 which is the latest available?
Remember the Apple Watch upgrade process needs WiFi and the watch has to be powered from the charger or the update will stop and wait for you to meet requirements. Check all the specification in Update your Apple Watch - Apple Support
