Can you help me in determining the source of this transaction?

I received an email from Apple Grand Arcade in Cambridge UK that shows another name but my email address that has seemingly purchased an iPad. No evidence of what card, if any was used but naturally called my major CC companies {not including Apple Pay because I do not believe I have ever agree to use that or even signed up for it} and they have verified this amount does not exist. The email and receipt does not show an account number and so maybe I am naive, but this might be a charge that has accidentally used my email address.

If the charge does not show up on your account forget about it. It was either either sent to you in error or it was a scam attempt. Check your account on Apple's site. We are users like you, we do not have access to your account.
