Problems Installing watchOS 7.2

I can't seem to download watchOS 7.2. When I launch the Watch app on my iPhone 11 Pro and go to Software Update, it stays stuck at the "Verifying" stage and never starts the download. Any suggestions?

I seem to fulfil every criterion of installing WatchOS 6. iPhone SE 1. Gen. A1723 iOS 13.5.1 doesn‘t download watchOS 6.2.6 for A2008 Is there a problem related to compability? How do I solve the problem? many thanks
