macOS High Sierra installing error

Hi, I have a macbook "late 2011", recently I have downloaded macOS High Sierra but I can't install it as this error happens :"an error occured while preparing the installation.Try running this application again",,what should i do?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.12

Sounds like the error is with the downloaded installer file.

Open your Applications folder and delete the Install macOS High Sierra.app,

empty the Trash.

Connect your mac to your router via cable and restart your mac.

Go back to the App Store High Sierra download page, it should say Get or Download.

Do not use the mac while it is downloading and do not use any other devices that share

the same internet connection. The download should be 5.23GBs in size.
