Solution to iPad going crazy

My iPad touch screen started to randomly go crazy on its own, opening apps, typing jiberish, closing windows, etc. I followed the recommendations on this site but nothing helped. Then I realized that around the time it started this strange behavior (a few days ago), I had downloaded 2 card playing apps for the game Spades. I deleted/uninstalled the apps, then backed up my iPad to iCloud, then did a factory reset and restored my settings from iCloud and it’s working fine now.

Touch screen on my phone XS is acting all crazy. Today out of all days the touch screen on my iphone XS is acting crazy. I performed multiple hard resets but it just didnt seem to work. After countless tries to unlock my phone I finally got in but it just opens up random apps goes into menus or types weird things into search bars and its like a ghost is typing and selecting things at random. Im worried it will delete something important or make some type of purchase or something else. Am I the only one this is happening to?

Hi, my ipad is in perfect condition and no broken screen or anything the whole touchscreen works perfectly. This morning it started doing things by itself like when im watching something or playing a game it randomly starts going home or going to the control center and doing things without me wanting it to do them. It says that its up to date and i honestly dont know what to do. Please advice me on something that i can do instead of going to repair it.
