my mac is stuck at the "System Administrator" login screen and my power button does not work a while ago I enabled root user but I forgot its password but its stuck on that screen.

I was seeing if it had a home folder, all I did was go to the user's folder and see, I did not do anything that would have messed anything up I was going back to my main user to delete it but I forgot to delete the root user, I forgot about it, until now.
If you press and hold the power button for about five or so seconds, it should shut down. But if it is not responding, then you may not be able to power it back on. But, I don't think you are any worse off as you can't use it anyway.
You may need to take it in for repair.
My power button is broken other keys work, and the volume down button broke (F11) but I got used to the volume slider on the menu bar. Is there a way to cut power (like disconnect the battery) but without going inside the machine? All I need is it shut down to power on to go into the user menu to go into my main user so I can use my mac again.

There is no way to cut power, and you are looking at the login screen. Why your normal user is not shown I don't know.
that isn't a special screen because you enabled the root user. Something is wrong with your Mac.
What did you do such that you needed to enable the root user?
That may have had some effect on why your normal user isn't displayed in the login window.
You could give this a try in order to create a new admin user. I have not tried it on Big Sur.

It does, but it is not located where normal users' home folders are located.
Can you scroll the login window left or right o display your login?
I tried, nope
I can't restart or power off, only drain the battery and that goes in sleep mode, so I don't know if a restart will do anything.
