FaceTime eye contact on iPad Pro

I have FaceTime eye contact enabled on my iPhone. My iPad Pro, running 14.3, does not display a toggle option for FaceTime eye contact. Any insight as to why other than 14.3 does not support it?

Possibly the iPad hardware/cameras AND iPadOS do not this iPhone feature.

Not sure, but I don't think that that feature is available on iPads.
