I've been using my AirPods Max for several days now (since launch day). Since the first day, they have been too tight around my ears and putting pressure on my jaw bone to the point I started getting headaches. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Is there anything I can do to make the headphones less tight? As much as I love these headphones, I'll have to return them if I can't get this addressed.

I had the same problem. What worked for me was pulling the ear pads out further from the to top head band and it reduced the tension on the top of my head which was also making them too snug on my ears. I just had to pull each one out about an inch. Now it's extremely comfortable and no headaches. I thought I had it aligned just right, but in reality, it was too tight.

Yes. Same issues. Pressure on head and around ears seems to disrupt circulation or something causing intense headaches. The pressure is too much after only brief time. I had to return these. For this price, they should have been able to work out issues like these in testing. Sound great but who cares if you can't enjoy it through the pain.
Here's an update.
I could not remedy this problem so I ended up returning the headphones. I purchased Sony's XM4 headphones. They feel much more comfortable and don't create pressure on my jaw bone.
Good to know that Sony works for you. Yeah these and the Beats headphones are stiff, to make things worse, I’m waring glasses, they made my ears hurt badly after a few minutes and twisted my glasses a tiny bit that distorted the view. This is sad because I would love to have these Airpods Max...
