Apple ID

Hi, I have an Apple Watch that I recently gave to my mom. Turns out I don't know the Apple ID or even the e-mail address to log in to be able to remove it from that account to pair it with her phone. I was wondering if there was anything I could do to basically "reset" it so it can be used again?

I have an apple watch that is wanting to pair with an apple id that i could not remember with a phone that was broken. I had to create a new id because we were unable to recover it. What do I need to do to reset my watch so I am able to use it again? I have attempted to erase all content and settings and every time I try to pair it wants me to sign in to the old apple id which I couldn't remember and couldn't be recovered

See if you can recover the ID/password. Use every email address you can think of.

Apple ID - How to find your Apple An iCloud e-mail address is an Apple ID.

Apple ID - Find

For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option if necessary.
