Buffering on newly installed 4K Apple TV

I installed Apple TV yesterday. 4K. I’m getting a lot of buffering. I don’t see it with Netflix or Amazon. I’m on a 10 mg plan. Is it most likely my internet speed, or something else?

I’m on a 10 mg plan.

Apple recommends:

- 25 Mbps for 4K HDR

- 15 Mbps minimum for 4K

- 8 Mbps for 1080p HD

- 6 Mbps for 720p HD

- 3 Mbps for SD

Other services (Netflix, Amazon) may scale back to lower quality and lesser bitrate automatically, but Apple wants its content in the intended quality (fixed stream), which could result in buffering.
