Has anyone figured out how to receive email notifications when iPhone is locked? My push notifications is set to fetch, all banners styles are on and set to persistent along with an alert chime. Once I open the email app I receive a chime and the banner pops down.

I only have the push option for iCloud. The google accounts options are fetch or manual.
Send yourself a mail from your Google mail to your icloud. Do you get notification?
Google can cause major problems. It is not even proper IMAP
I suggest using the Gmail app. I use all three major apps, Mail, Gmail and Outlook apps.
