Hi, when using the files app, I will mark a folder in dropbox as a favorite and it will appear in the side menu under the favorites. If I leave the files app, the folder will disappear in the favorites list. If I go back to the folder in the files app, it is still marked as a favorite. How do we correct this?

If this is only happening with third party services, have you tried removing the service and adding it back?

I went through the steps in the article you sent. That does not address the problem. The real issue is that folders that are marked as favorites or tagged and are part of 3rd party apps like dropbox disappear in the favorites list in the sidebar when you leave the files app and come back. What are the next steps?
