Good evening. My case number: 101281340185 I spent two hours at the genius bar today and I am not satisfied with the outcome.

My phone screen freezes and after three visits to the genius bar, I'm told there is a bug in the software.

This is my third IPhone (I have never had any problems prior to this) and I need to be able to depend on it.

I am not satisfied with the service I have received.

This phone is within the warranty period and I would like you to replace it.

Thank you.
