Apple TV 4K Having problems setting up various apps so I can access them

Currently, I made a subscription to Prime Video (in Canada); trying to watch using my Apple TV 4K, I am not able to sign in. Instead the app tells me to 1. Go to PrimeVideo.com/mytv; 2. Sign in or create an account; 3. Enter the following code

Signing into another device doesn’t give me any indication of “mytv” to place the code. I am guessing that entering the code would sync with my Apple TV 4K. Does anyone have insight to this issue.

When I typed in PrimeVideo.com/mytv . I signed in with my Amazon prime account. Then this page came up, enter the code - where I put the red circle. If it doesn’t work, keep this prime page open, close the prime.app , then open the prime app again, click register device again to generate a new code

A code would pop up on the Apple TV Screen. You sign in at the Amazon or prime video site , there’s a field to enter the code and once done, it’s verified.

Make sure you typed in the URL correctly.
