I wear a new apple watch 6. I just triggered the emergency fall indicator and all i was doing was laughing heartily. Are there any adjustments that can be made to be sure it notifies emergency contacts when the fall is for real?
Maybe it was a one-off incident ... Continue to wear your watch as you would normally without making any changes, and monitor to see if it recurs by mistake again ...

this is actually the 2nd time its happened and Ive had other say the same thing
I actually did not activate the "call emergency" option as local police say they are getting a lot of false calls
I would hope Apple could make some adjustments so its not quite so sensative and update the software for us all
Apple says the more active you are the more likely you are to have false readings.
