How can i recover the photos from iCloud?

How can I recover photos from iCloud? I transferred all the photos from the old iPhone to the new iPhone,and now some of the photos are missing!

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

Also, therein, you will find an article to Make sure that iCloud Photos is turned on

You can go to ➔ www.icloud.com form a computer and log in with your Apple ID and Password. Once you are logged into iCloud then you can open the Photos section. Identify the photos that are missing on your new iPhone and locate them. If the photos are there then you can select them and export them to you computer.
