Hi, I’ve got an iPhone 12pro and recently when playing videos on the internet or from an app the video will start fine but after a few seconds or minutes it stops. The buffering wheel appears on the screen but the video never restarts it just sticks in the buffering mode. I don’t think it’s necessarily a buffering issue because they don’t stop and restart. Any ideas what could be causing this?

It sounds like there's a connection issue with your network. Does this happen while using Wi-Fi or while using cellular data?
