12 pro max camera issues

On both the main camera app and third party apps the rear camera won’t focus. You can see it on the screen rapidly trying to focus and hear the lens moving. Taking videos does the same thing. Spoke to support who said to update but it has done nothing. The camera worked fine for weeks but has only just started doing this. Does anyone else have this issue?
