AirPods Dying fast

I just got a new pair of AirPods on Christmas (5 days ago) and they’re already dying incredibly quickly. Sometimes they die within 5 minutes. I haven’t caused any external damage to the device and have only used them 4 times so far. When they die (usually in less than 10 minutes), I put them back in the charging case and they’re at almost full charge within 10 minutes. Below I attached some screenshots that are only a few minutes apart but I lost 20% in that time. What’s wrong with my AirPods? Is there a way to fix them?
