How do I link channels like HBO max, Hulu and Curiosity Stream to the apple TV app on a macbook computer?

I know how to do it on the iphone but it doesn't seem possible on a macbook. please help. to be clear I know how to buy the channels through the apple TV app on the macbook, but I already have subscriptions to these streaming services (HBO max, Hulu and Curiosity Stream) and I am not will to buy them again.

Those services are not available in the Apple TV app. They can’t be connected to the Apple TV app on Mac, as external media services apps are close to non-existent on Mac. You will have to use a browser on Mac to access those services, not linked to the Apple TV app.
