Power Beats Pro - Left Earbud problems

Just purchased Power Beats Pro in November. Love the sound - but left earbud has chronic problems - doesn't charge equally every time; randomly doesn't connect; randomly disconnects while I'm on a run; Only fix I've found is to disconnect from phone, put back in case & then reconnect. Sometimes I have to do this several times before the left has sound (though it shows as connected). Last night I got them both connected & then left disconnected while I was out on my walk. SUPER frustrating! I have cleaned the battery connectors as directed Thank you

We see that you're running into issues with your PowerBeats Pro intermittently disconnecting. We are glad you reached out to the Apple Support Communities about this issue. We have a few steps to offer to help correct this issue. If you haven't already, Reset your Beats earphones. If you perform the reset on the Beats and still have the issue, Update the firmware of your Beats product.


If you've performed these resets and still have the issue, you'll want to Contact Apple for support and service.
