Unable to share procreate app to my family member

Yukta my daughter is having Ipad is a member of our family with family sharing Apple ID. I’ve purchased Procreate app which was claimed to be supporting family sharing. But I cant see that happening. It shows amopunt in Indian Rupees to purchase it newly for my daughter Yukta. Please Guide and resolve.
