Podcast Reviews And Comments Not Showing

Does anyone know why my podcast reviews and comments aren't showing. I know for a fact I have multiple reviews and comments, but they aren't showing at all. I also reviewed and commented myself. Nothing. Is there a way to actually speak to someone at Apple about this? If the reviews don't go through the pod will never be spotlighted.

Podcast not showing in search, all reviews gone! HELP! We have been on Apple podcast for almost a year now, and doing well. All of the sudden, if you search our show, Spill the Mead, is doesnt bring up anything! Our ‘Apple’ link on linkpop wont connect… and if you CAN see our show in your library, all of our reviews and information is gone. Our subscriptions are valid, we have done NOTHING different, we upload on RSS… we have pending sponsorships, so this is really urgent. Reviews gone missing on Podcasts Connect I hadn't logged in to Podcasts Connect for a while, and I've just done so after setting up 2-factor login. I'm logged in, and I can see my podcast ( https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/off-grid/id1573123817 ). We had 6 UK reviews last time I was logged in, the last one being from March 2022. But now, when I click on Reviews and Ratings, there are no reviews there at all. I know that reviews are split per country, but there isn't even a country drop-down list displayed to select from. Just a greyed-out "Save" button. Anyone know why my reviews have disappeared, or how I can get them back? I don't believe the listeners have deleted their reviews - especially since if I open the Apple Podcasts app, all the UK reviews are still there, so they seem to only be missing in Podcasts Connect. I have refreshed the page several times. All the other podcast details and episodes are still there - it's only the ratings/reviews that are missing. All suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

Submit my podcast XML Feed for Review but then it disappears I've been trying to submit this podcast for review for weeks now, and every time I validate and submit, it says that it has been successfully submitted and then when I go to the podcasts.connect site, it's no where to be found. At first I submitted from another email address, but when it didn't pass review, Apple suggested I submit from another email address. So I made sure that all the iTunes "email" and "author" reflected that new email. I don't know what else to do. It passes all the validation websites, but it keeps on disappearing, and doesn't give me even a status on the submission. https://feed.podbean.com/Gaynglam/feed.xml I submit, and it goes to this page. But then when I refresh, it's gone.

This is something I don't know about; your best bet would be to contact Podcasts Support (not ordinary Apple Support), Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
