Ultimate guitar app

I seem to have purchased the ultimate guitar app twice. Once to my Facebook account through iTunes. And the other one I paid for through my email address with PayPal. I paid$19.99 twice. I would like to keep one subscription. However I don’t need two subscriptions to the same guitar lesson app. Can you help me?

Welcome Comer_m_007,

Thanks for joining Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you have two subscriptions for the same app and you'd like to cancel one subscription, then keep the other. We've got some helpful resources for this request.

Check out how to: See or cancel your subscriptions Once you've canceled one of the subscriptions, then you can request a refund: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple

(Note: "Canceling subscriptions is slightly different in Israel, South Africa, and Turkey: About canceling subscriptions in Israel, South Africa, or Turkey )

Keep in mind, that the charge shouldn't be in pending status when you request the refund, it would need to be cleared before a request can be made. Refund eligibility might vary by country or region. See the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions for details.

Also, How long refunds from the App Store or other Apple services take

Hoping this solves it for you, cheers!
