Apple Watch

I bought an Apple Watch from someone and they did not fully unpair. I am trying to pair it with my apple products and it is not letting me. I have tried contacting the person I purchased it from but they are not responding. Is there anything else I can do to get it to pair with my devices?

No there isn't,if you can't contact this person then the watch is of no use to you,the seller needs to follow these steps to free the watch up so you can use it;
