installing windows 10 on mid 2012 MacBook Pro

I cannot install windows 10 on my Mac, when I boot in efi mode I can't install because windows setup says that MBR is not supported and GPT is required, and when I try to boot using bootcamp non-efi , it says "exFAT" in the top left corner than the windows logo, but doesn't go beyond that.

A mid 2012 MBP uses legacy BIOS (non-EFI) to install Windows. macOS High Sierra and older versions have issues with W10 1903 and later ISOs. You can use https://twocanoes.com/using-larger-windows-10-isos-with-boot-camp-assistant/ to split newer ISOs.
