I cloud storage payment issu

I have a credit card, which is linked to my Apple Pay , where I get charges for my iCloud storage plan. It used to work for the long time, but right now, I start receiving messages that Apple can’t charge my card and my plan will be downgraded. I don’t see any issues with my card, but can’t understand why apple suddenly get this issues
