Please advice. Ever since I got my new phone, it does not auto-join my home network. Sometimes it happened to my IPad too. My old IPhone 6 & the IPad never had problems before. When I joined & PW, still cannot open the e-mails & the contents in my apps. Please help!

The iPhone not joining your network might be caused by the auto-join option being off.
Check this in Settings > Wi-Fi > [Network Name] > Auto-Join.
If it is selected you will see the green tag. If it is not green use the slider to activate it.
It might have been deactivated in the change from your old iPhone to the new one.

Thank you for your help. I checked it was on auto join. It showed that I have Wi-Fi, but still no internet. I turned on & off my phone a few times & also reset the Reuter. I will contact Verizon tomorrow.
