IN-APP BROWSER SHARE BUTTON DOESN'T OPEN THE SHARE MENU

When I get to any in-app browser through a link (gmail...), the regular share button is visible but doesn't work. I get a slight response in that the button becomes faded for a second but the share menu doesn't open up. I don't have that issue if I go through the regular browser. There the share button works perfectly. I'm using an iPhone 12 mini on iOS 14. The first image is in my in-app browser while the second is when I pressed that button on the bottom most right and it switched me over to my regular browser. My question is why can't I do the share already in the in-app browser? Is there any way to fix this issue.
