How do I turn off Genius?

Feb 2018 - I have this problem: iTunes does not recognize my music library, and so Genius won't update. iTunes keeps telling me that in order to fix this problem, I must go into the File, Library, Turn off Genius. But no such option exists. I also cannot update my iCloud Music Library until this is fixed, and it seems that my music match appears to be impaired. I have version 12.7.3.46. What can I do to fix this problem?"

I have the exact same problem as the above user posted nearly 3 years ago. I logged out of Music, then back in. I still have no options to turn genius off. I cannot update it either, nor my iCloud library. I tried my account with Apple but can’t find anything re genius on there.

Can anyone update the answers for me under my current limitations. I am running Big Sur and Music 1.1.2.28.
