Speakerphone its on by default

I bought my wife a new iPhone 12 Pro for Christmas. When she receives a call, its automatically goes to speakerphone. We want to turn that default off. Under older systems, you just went to General, Accessibility, Call Routing to select the default. For some time now, Accessibility is a stand alone entry and no longer under General but there is no call routing option and I can't find where to change the default so that it doesn't answer as speakerphone. Can anybody help?

Hey there dknelson99,

We're happy to make sure your wife is able to answer her calls as expected. You can check her Call Audio Routing settings in Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing. The article below is a great resource. Take a look under " Route audio calls."

Let us know if she continues to run into complications.

Adjust touch settings on iPhone

Cheers!
