iPhone 12 mini won't charge wirelessly even after iOS 14.3

I bought an iPhone 12 mini last weekend and have updated it to iOS 14.3 which I understand was supposed to fix any issues with wireless charging. We have a Belkin wireless charger (bought in an Apple store a few years ago) and a Samsung one (both QI-certified). They have been used in the past to charge an X, 11, 11 Pro Max, and now are working well for my husband's 12. Neither of them will charge my 12 mini unless I have freshly rebooted the phone.

I understand this was a problem with many of the newest iPhones prior to the iOS 14.3 update. Are others still experiencing this problem now after updating to iOS 14.3?
