Activation Lock

I recently performed a fresh installation of the latest ios on my iphoneX, i am now asked of activation lock, the phone was bought from a buyer, all accounts had been signed out but in the phones browser history was other previous user accounts, now that everything is done am asked of the first ever user of the device's ID and password, i honestly dont know the one, is there anything i can do to get my device functioning again.
