How can I get my Apple ID documents & also iCloud drive savings

My device i phone 5c is not in function. This device iPhone 5c is new but after sign in with apple id not getting my icloud saved documents. Please help me to get my documents. Thanks.

Not realizing that my work Apple Icloud was showing all of my personal apple icloud. I deleled the documentsfrom cloud and found out that I lost the documents on my personal Word documents. Can I get them back? Even though I had an apple userID and password on my work IPAD separate from the one that I use on my own phone I found that the work IPAD showed all of my personal pictures and documents so I deleted the icloud info on my own laptop using the work user id and password. What I found was it had deleted all of my personal folders and files. I went to the recycle bin and was able to restore only a few. I have tried to restore on icloud but got nothing . Is there a way I can retrieve from somewhere that I am not familiar with?

Will iCloud Work on all my devices including Mac? If I upgraded to iCloud+ on my iPad and I’m using the same Apple ID on my iPhone my iPad and my MacBook. Will the iCloud+ 2 TB think and be able to be used on all three? Also does anyone have any tips on why my MacBook Air will not let me access all of the features it is a mid 2014 model. Also on my MacBook I don’t know what I did but I used to just have one to mean login when you turn on the Mac but now I have two? I am scared to delete one or the other. Because I have a lot of court documents on there and now I don’t know which one to log into it keeps telling me that on a lot of documents I try to open that I don’t have access to view that document?

Are you signed into Settings/iCloud using the same Apple ID used when the documents were synced to iCloud and is iCloud Drive syncing turned on? Have you allowed time for the sync to complete?
