ive ordered an apple iPad I’ve had it personlized would they let me exchange it for another iPad

Unless defective, Apple generally do not accept personalised/engraved devices for return or exchange under their 14-day returns policy.

If you are considering a new purchase, but are unsure if you will keep it, it is not advisable to have your device engraved.
