Cannot add exchange mail on High Sierra

Happy New year community!

I have 3 different computers.

Macbook pro 2012 - High Sierra version 10.13.6

Macbook air 2013 - High Sierra version 10.13.6

Macbook pro 2017 - BigSur.

I am trying to add my 365 email on apple mail on my 3 computers.

I was able to add on my BigSur OS, but I CANNOT add on my HIGH SIERRA.

This is what happen:

Mail >> add account >> Exchange >> filled name, email and password >> sign in.

Usually I get "Unable to verify account name or password".

But sometimes I get to this screen BUT when I hit "next" will do anything.

Can anyone help me with this?

I tried to factory reset my email, but nothing changed.

Try this:

Quit Mail.

Open System Preferences => Internet Accounts

Click once on Exchange on the far left.

Do you see a button for Details ... ?

Click on Details ... Your Name should be your Exchange email address. Re-enter anew your password. Then see if it works.

Try clicking on EXCHANGE on the right side column to add an Exchange account.

I have no emails on the left side, as I am not able to add my email account on it.
