8th gen ipad with wifi but no fan/internet
Been through resets/reboot, why wont my internet and fan symbol happen ?

Try resetting your MODEM/router by simply unplugging it from power for 15-20 seconds and then re-plug the MODEM/router back into power and let the MODEM/router re-cycle itself.
