Beats Flex won’t turn on

Any idea how I can get by Beats Flex working again? They were charging and the light switched off all of a sudden. Now it won’t switch back on or connect to any of my devices.

Hello spfbaby.

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand that your Beats Flex are not working properly. We will be glad to assist.

Let's try the steps here to reset your Beats Flex and pair them again: Set up and use your Beats Flex earphones

"Reset your Beats Flex

  1. Press and hold both the power button and the volume down button for 15 seconds.
  2. When the LED indicator light flashes, release the buttons. Your earphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.

Cheers.
