Hello, I recently upgraded my iCloud account to the 2 TB plan. Ever since I’ve done that I haven’t been able to view my storage on my iPhone nor have I been able to utilize the Shared Album feature on my iPhone.
Has anyone else gone through this? Thanks in advance for your help.

Is the device connected to WiFi or cellular? Does it have the latest iOS?
It is mostly connected to wifi, but it seems to occur when it is on cellular too. And the phone has latest iOS software.
My iCloud Storage is unable to load on my iPhone.
