Apple One subscription sharing - different countries Apple ID

I have paid for Apple One family sharing premium subscription. My AppleID is set to Australia in iTunes store. My wife's Apple ID is set to UK.


I invited my wife to my family and shared the subscriptions e.g. Music, TV+ etc. I also invited her to use iCloud storage.


On her Apple devices - she can see iCloud storage and its now using that shared from the Apple One subscription.


But she does not see the Music, TV+ etc subscriptions - and of course if she tries to use them then it asks whether she wants to sign up and join free trail.


Q. Does it take some time (i.e. >24 hours) for the shared subscriptions to come through?

Q. Or, is this to do with the different country setup?

Q ... or something else?
